ASUS and Noctua have teamed up to release the ASUS GeForce RTX 3070 Noctua Edition graphics card. This GPU features two high-performance Noctua NF-A12x25 120mm fans known for their beige-and-brown color scheme.
Noctua fans are famous for their noise control and performance. ASUS claims this card maintains a cool 60 degrees Celsius under optimal conditions with minimal noise. Ken Chien from ASUS says it’s ideal for noise-conscious enthusiasts and can match other Noctua components in DIY PCs.
This GPU offers outstanding performance, low noise, and compatibility with Noctua hardware for a cohesive PC-building experience.
ASUS GeForce RTX 3070 Noctua Edition Graphics Card Features
Noctua Fans and Custom Heatsink: This card features Noctua NF-A12x25 120mm fans coupled with a custom-designed heatsink, resulting in a four-slot-wide design. While it showcases Noctua’s unique brown and beige color scheme and lacks RGB lighting, aesthetics can be a matter of personal preference.
High-Performance Noctua Fans: The two Noctua NF-A12x25 120mm fans incorporate advanced features, including a low-resonance Sterrox® liquid-crystal polymer (LCP) fan impeller, metal-reinforced motor hub, stabilized bearings, and a custom low-noise PWM controller. These fans give very reliable performance and cooling, even in load.
Efficient Cooling and Low Noise: Thanks to the custom-designed heatsink and Noctua fans, ASUS claims that this card can maintain an ideal temperature of just 60 degrees Celsius while keeping noise levels exceptionally low. According to Noctua, this card is 15dBA quieter at “medium” fan speeds and 9dBA quieter at maximum fan speeds, ensuring a quieter gaming experience.
ASUS 0dB Mode: The card includes ASUS 0dB mode, automatically shutting off the fans when the GPU temperature falls below 50°C, further reducing noise during less demanding tasks.
